Susan B. Butler is the CEO and founder of The Susan Bulkeley Butler Institute for the Development of Women Leaders as well as a leading business professional. Susan started as Anderson Consulting's (now Accenture) first professional female employee in 1965, first female partner in 1979, further moving through the ranks to retire as the Managing Partner of the office of the CEO in 2002.
