Chef Justin Beckett, of the popular Beckett's Table in Phoenix, is known for his wonderfully delicious and beautiful creations. Food is much more to him than something on a menu, however. His early experiences with food had a strong influence on his career and the energy emanating from his venue.
We'll talk about some of the values surrounding family, food, and community that he weaves through his work in his restaurant and with the people he meets.
In addition to his current restaurant, Justin Beckett's career includes stints at Canal, Cafe Zuzu, Trader Vic's, and Roy's Desert Ridge. He was recently nominated for Food and Wine Magazine's "People's Best New Chef -- Southwest" Award.
Chef Beckett also makes time for giving back, and was recently on both the TEDx Phoenix and Ignite Food speaker panels.
