In Between The Beats  

“In Between The Beats” is an interactive, live Internet talk-radio show that focuses on The Sound & The Scene. Host Poetica explores underground venomus voices, signed & unsigned and their journey through production weather film or audio, this spoken word specialist, singer/songwriter and music video producer/mc/ radio personality is revising this platform for the 2nd time. Her online radio show played 24/7 online 2002 at the former neomusiq.com site and now is made possible by blog talk radio. This Philly native is no stranger to being on-air. As a teen slam poet winner Poetica was commisioned to write and perform the B-Sides Intro which played every week on the former EMI recording artist Bahamadia's B Sides Radio Show 103.9fm. Poetica has also hosted several versions of "In Between The Beats" on Philadelphia Radio Stations WPEB 88.1FM and WKDU 91.7FM. She also remains a frequent guest on one of her favorite shows hosted by Micheal 90.1 Jazz FM's The Bridge

The Aural Pleasure "In Between The Beats" are sounds made by the likes of Martin Luther's Daily Bread" and The "Flight" of Jahleel Shaw. Those aren't the only journey's you are lead on thru the show. Each dynamic and different in it's own way, Rich with folks you'll say "Who is That?" "I've Never Heard Of That Artist Before" (You'll Ask Yourself) "Why Haven't I Heard That Artist Before?" These great working professional touring unsigned artists are word worthy and we can talk about it...about them.. about the journey thru music professionally. The Former online "In Between The Beatz" was missing a very key componet which is included in the new and improved Beats Radio show which is the audience live partisapation via Phone or Computer "Chat".
