Call in to speak with the host
Sierra Farris is our guest tonight. This is a quote from her: Two weeks ago I attended a weekend meeting that was organized by several concerned KB Home owners in my community. I would estimate that close to 40 KB Home owners showed up and many were concerned about various unresolved issues with their KB Homes including water intrusion, unsafe balconies, mold, stucco problems, improperly installed hurricane straps, insulation issues, and more. I thought I was fortunate not to have any issues in my home until the group of neighbors taking action showed me how their problems started in their homes. If I did not witness their crumbling homes, I would not be aware that I too have my balconies collapsing and that there is mold in our master bedroom. From that point on I knew that I was onboard for whatever we needed to do. Our families have been deprived of the full enjoyment of our home. We can no longer afford to be subjected to the health risks and the uncertainties of paying for mistakes that KB Home and its engineers caused. The astounding number of homes in this community that are reporting continuous damage and weakened structures is shocking. We continue to work as a unified group. Our courage will carry forward our search for justice and we will prevail in getting our story out to the public. SQUEEZE THIS LEMON - YOU’LL GET MOLD! We need the support of our community, town, and nation to find justice! Help the Willowbrook community in Lakewood Ranch, FL get these lemon houses bought back; we’ve started a petition on ww.change.org against KB Homes for that purpose. Please join us in signing this petition on our website’s homepage www.thekbhome.com in the top right hand corner.
