  Wendy Y. Bailey of Group Mastery Makes My Day on "Internet Marketing Today"!
  

  There are moments in everyone's life when you stop and say to yourself, “I really have a wonderful life!”

  
  

  Today was one of those days.

  
  

  My guest for the “Internet Marketing Today” show was Group Mastery leader Wendy Y. Bailey, or as her closest friends, colleagues and clients call her: “Wendy Y.”

  
  

  The purpose of the show was to highlight Wendy's unique blend of fun, focus and family that have empowered her business enterprises making her the guru to those who coach and mentor.

  
  

  Wendy's impressive credentials include: Master Certified Group Coach, Certified Neuro-Linguisitic Programming Practitioner and Certified Experienced Coach.

  
  

  Adding to those designations, Wendy Y. has over 20 years of leadership and management experience.

  
  

  We talked about how Wendy develops a “community of learners” environment in her coaching programs, her use of NLP (sensory learning style) for greater stickability of key concepts and works to encourage an atmosphere of fun for her clients so that they are able to “give back' and connect at deeper levels with their own clients.

  
  

  Additionally Wendy stressed the importance of getting to know your clients well in order to develop content that 'speaks their language” and resonates at a deeper level, builds rapport, engages them completely and propels them to greater action.
  

  
  

  Wendy calls this “putting a velvet rope around your clients”.

  
  

  She recommended reviewing her “7 Favorite Ways To Connect” audio series where she discusses these methodologies in more detail.

  She additionally noted that internet marketers need the skills taught through Group Mastery in order to go beyond creating content that uses a broad brush approach, but, tailors the content for laser-focused prospect targeting, list building and greater conversions.

  
  

  During the call, I must admit, I found myself at a loss for words just listening to Wendy Y's smooth and focused training style as she gave us tidbits of how she trains others in group coaching by using metaphors, examples and self-examination precepts.
  

  
  

  In a word, I found her delivery informative, exhiliarating and personally rewarding.

  
  

  Wendy also talked about her latest project, , it's genesis and how it will empower those who partake in the project to greater growth & prosperity. Wendy will conduct a preview call on November 24^th, 2008 at 1pm EST, which will be the lead-in to the actual “Group Coaching In 33 Minutes” program which runs from December 1^st to 9^th, 2008.
