Why is it hard for people to start their lives over?

This morning I will have a brief discussion with model/actress Anna Coy about what makes people hesitate in doing something different. Moving to another city. Meeting new people. Changing routines. Why some people never do it, (even though they complain about how they hate where they live, the job they have, the money they don't make, etc) and why some people don't think twice.
