Have you started your life altering change? Did you learn some insights about yourself in the first 4 Weeks? How do you evaluate your actions? Then what STEPS do you use continue to become educated and make better choices? That includes exercise.

In week 5, we are going to focus on all the moving parts. This is really a transition week. It means it is a chance to take a breath, review your definition of success, evaluate our efforts and re-adjust. Then finish the challenge with gusto. How do you make room in your life for these new habits?  Continuity is the key.

It is not too late to join me for Week 5 of the I AM ECStatic Challenge. Regardless when you start, you can be Ecstatic before the 4th of July. Learn to define your personal success in multiple areas of your life. I will broadcast a lesson for 7 weeks to help you achieve your goals so you won’t miss anything.

Remember this is not a diet. It is a process you can use to Be More Confident and Believe in yourself when it comes to your health. Get better results because you identify what you really want. And it is repeatable because it is personal to you! And you might loss up to 10 pounds! I AM ECStatic! You can be too!
