As the year winds down, it is natural to be introspective about our life.  Jumping on the bandwagon of setting a New Year’s Resolution seems like a good idea – again! Unfortunately, your resolution will probably fail by February. Subconsciously, we may even expect to fail. Not all resolutions are good ones. If you don’t take the time to prepare and take your own behavior and personality into consideration, your resolutions may not fit the life you want. Is your goal setting vague and unfocused? Does your resolution depend on other people?  How will you stay motivated?

All of these things make being successful a big lift. The good news is, if done right, your resolution can change your life for the better.
