Lets face it, it can be hard to make healthy choices anytime, but it can be especially hard during the holiday. Because of all the challenges, this is the perfect time to learn to adapt and make healthier choices. Lets look at some healthy habits you are going to want to continue into 2013. Remember the reason for the season is family and friends. Set your holiday intentions, stick to your basic healthy habits and reward yourself.  It's not to early to start thinking of 2013 goals.
