Are you in D.E.N.I.A.L? Don’t Even kNow I Am Lying. How many times have you rationalized it is ok to overeat? Good health starts with honesty. Learn 3 easy ways to be come aware of what you are really doing. Have you ever graph your eating? Find one for you? You may understand the facts about weight loss but are not willing to really look at what you are doing. What are you willing to do or not do? It’s ok if you are not willing to change something, but just be honest about it and what it is costing you. Some changes are easy, but some are not. I like my 1 cup of coffee light & sweet & I’m not giving it up! But I have been experimenting with better sweeteners and portion control.
