This segment will introduce the basic elements of Appreciative Inquiry which is a method of generating change by focusing on past success to reshape the future. Appreciative Inquiry (AI)mobilizes strategic change by the discovery of the core strengths of an organization, team, or individuals as leader or follower. AI begins with exploring the positive core of an organization (or a person) and then links this knowledge to the heart of a strategic change agenda. AI is both a high participation learning process to identify and disseminate best practices, and a way of managing and working that fosters positive communication that results in improved performance and the formation of deep and effective professional and personal relationships.
