This is a repeat of a former show that got so few listeners, in this episode we deal with what cause weight issues - stress. How is it that some people can eat what they want yet stay at a healthy weight, and some people get fat? Stress - the fear of things we imagine. Diet's are doomed to failure over the long tome if they are done out of fear, but work if you are at peace. The health industry has lied to you about weight issues, putting your focus on being thin which can be unhealthy instead of encouraging you to accept that your healthy weight is what you should focus on. Yes, you may not look like a model, or a body builder, but who said you had to? An industry that wants your money. The real you is what you need to focus on, regardless of the size (as long as it is healthy). Make health your goal and not weight loss.
