Sherry DiSimone holds the position of Regional Director for the National Bison Association, serving and representing eleven of the southeastern states in the U.S. She is recognized as a ‘Women in Ag’ leader. In 2012, she left corporate America and helped build the foundation that would become Georgia Buffalo, bringing a healthy, local, and sustainable bison meat source to the Southeast coast of the United States. Sherry grew up in a family where the culture of food was a staple in and of itself. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Sherry has also been an advocate for health and health issues all her life. Now, Sherry has taken her passion and love for food, as well as her desire to make a healthy difference in the world, and launched RecipesfromtheRanch.com. Through her new website and blog,Sherry hopes to share her love for cooking, as well as some easy basic changes that can help you take a healthy path when you hit that ‘fork’ in the road! She will show you a way that you can eat healthy food that tastes great too!
