Hi everyone,
This is the lift off of a dream in the making. I'm very excited about this journey to help inspire people to get busy living. I have lived most of my life fitting into the template that society has created for me but what I discovered was that as I was living a "successful life" I was slowly killing myself.
I have years of experience as a prefessional actress and entrepreneur and on the outside I appeared to have it all, but in the process of developing my skills as an actress I began to forget who I was. Of course acting wasn't the only thing that lead me to this confusion, but it made it easier for me to cover up.
I spent most of my life struggling with depression, self worth and anxiety. I tried the medications, the counseling and the "push it down" it will all get better approaches....none of this works. I can tell you without a doubt that getting busy living is the best medicine. Once you take the time to learn who you are, listen to your spirit, love and trust what it tells you and then get busy doing what you need to, you will soar with joy in your heart.

A year ago my husband helped me reach a dream. I have always wanted to climb Mt Everest, but he said I should start small. This is good advice, but when do we ever start to go after our dreams. Most of us will say, "soon". My husband made this dream happen and on my 40th birthday-- I climbed my first mountain up to a 9200ft summit. I know there are many people who have accomplished more, but this expereince was unique. I didn't know I was doing it. It was a surprise birthday present and off on the plane I went. With an injured lower back and a 50lb pack on my back, I reached a dream.

It was mind over fear.

Ignite Your life is my company and what I want to do for people is inspire them to get moving. Go for your dreams, mind over fear and share your success every step of the way.

Ignition Radio is not only about how you can move beyond fear and limiting thoughts, I will also share stories of some courageous people and how their passion to create change will move you to get going.
