Creativity Consultant Nellie Jacobs chats with Julie Gieseke.Visual Facilitator. Coach. Master Neuro-Linguistics (NLP) Practitioner. It took more than two decades of waiting tables and exploring career paths for Julie Gieseke to find her true passion and life work. With the guidance of an unexpected mentor, she developed new goals and pulled together all the elements of her interests and studies to forge an exciting new career. In her capacity as a visual facilitator, she uses visual mapping to stimulate creativity, clarity and visioning for her clients who range from single individuals to large corporate groups. Her practice involves facilitating individuals and groups in creative and decision-making processes that enable clients to access their fullest potential. She is currently pioneering a Visual Facilitation program at Fielding Graduate University, the first academic offering of its kind, as part of her commitment and passion to expand the field of Visual Facilitation and make it accessible to new practitioners.
