Nellie Jacobs interviews Michele Mele. Born into a family of professional musicians, she has directed plays, musicals and composes various classical works for orchestra and choir. Michele has released three albums in the jazz genre of original music and just released a fourth: the soundtrack of her performance of 'Naked on the Rocks'. Mother of four teenagers, Michele says she's finally finding her true path. So, while working around her busy family schedule and obligations - many self-imposed - she's gone into full swing developing her music career. Embarking on a new career is not for the faint-hearted. So, why is she doing it? Why work so hard to build one at the very age and stage where so many people think about stepping back and taking it easy? Join us as we talk about the road she has taken; Michele reflects on its joys and travails. She shares her life's journey and some of what she has learned.
