There's a kidnapping epidemic in Eastern Nigeria now, that is catching on like wild fire. Youths (18-35), who make up over 80% of the kidnappers, truly see this as the only way they can get quick money fast to, maybe, start something they can live on. With the high rate of un-employment and the exponential growth of embezzlement by the government officials, they feel justified by this new business idea. Even famous Igbos like Nkem Owoh and Pete Edochie have become victims of this terrible trend. Join Igbo Kwenu Radio as we discuss this crisis taking place, and figure out what we can do about it.
