This week Mark takes a lighter looker at life by speaking with author of 'Life Begins At Fifty'  Helen Carver. After going through a divorce and feeling trapped on the hamster wheel of life of life, a silly idea occurred to her to do an around the world trip she casually mentioned the idea to her 19 year old daughter.... And the idea then rapidly turned from a whacky idea into a reality. Helen rebelled in a spectacular way, walking away from her Job renting out her house and she just went for it.... Her decision led her onwards into alsorts of adventures including Skydiving, White water rafting and posing nude for photos.
