Janet Lindsay has over 20 years experience in the field of personal and organisational change.
Since the beginning of her career in the Criminal Justice system, Janet has been on the forefront of introducing and championing change, first as local facilitator and later as a national trainer for the now Ministry of Justice.
In 2003 Janet founded JR Training and Consultancy Ltd. (JRT&C) as a platform to provide personal and organisational services to the business community, both public and private.
JRT&C continues develop and introduce the most effective and ground breaking approaches to behavioural and organisational change through training, lectures and one to one coaching. The impact of the services that Janet offers has contributed to the change in service delivery in Staffordshire and West Midlands Probation Trust, Warwickshire Probation Trust, Staffordshire Crown Prosecution Service who have embraced the elegant and effective methods employed by Janet and her associates.
Janet is Founder of Free-To-Be Partnership – a social enterprise working with individuals from disadvantaged background to help improve their community. Additionally, Janet is a Trustee of Women Active In Today’s Society (WAITS).
Janet continues to be a forerunner in the personal change arena by introducing the Three Principles to Probation Trusts, Women’s support services and Women’s charities, delivering unprecedented results.
