Veteran Trial Lawyer with over 50 years experience in both federal and state trial courts and appellate courts throughout the United States.Elected to the office of State Attorney for the 13th Circuit of Florida in 1964 and successfully prosecuted high profile cases.Member of the Maritime Law Association of New York.Over the last decade we’ve seen our Federal Government disregard the Constitution and triple in power while our state governments dwindle in size; this was not the intention of our Founding Fathers.The Action to Amend the US Constitution movement is organized by Paul Antinori with a mission to call for a Constitutional Convention to amend the US Constitution.Antinori hopes that with this convention we can amend key clauses in the Constitution to restore the basic principle of federalism which is the balancing of power between the States and the national government. Those key clauses are the Commerce Clause, General Welfare Clause and the Necessary and Proper Clause, and the Tenth Amendment, the tabernacle of Federalism.The purpose of this movement is to detail specific reasons through education of why we need to call for a Constitutional Convention and amend our Constitution.
