Donna Kristine Manley, whose friends call "Kris," finds it a joy and a pleasure to uplift children's gifts, talents, accomplishments, awards, and most of all, their self-esteem through what she calls "Child Power on Paper" – Resumes for Children . Kris' book, Resumes for Children – 17 Years Old and Under was awarded " Best Parenting Book " badge by RadicalParenting.com and is a Mom's Choice Awards Gold Recipient . The Georgia Department of Labor embraced Kris' book and is using it in their career centers. It's in the hands of teachers and students in several Atlanta, GA high schools and middle schools, and is being used at Western Kentucky University's AIMS Program (Activating Interest in Minority Students).Kris enjoys working with her jobless clients who are the most technologically savvy individuals on the planet as well as not yet out of grade school, middle school, or high school. She produces the most wonderful resumes for these clients who "think" they have not accomplished much at their young age. Kris has a knack for drawing out overlooked accomplishments, gifts, talents, and simple pleasures that deserve recognition. Her young clients are tickled pink with the final results of their resumes. Just like her clients say, "I didn't know I had it in me." Kris didn't know she had it in her to write a book let alone write one that would uplift and inspire.
