This is Tom’s second visit (1st on Sept.7th). This time we’re going to spend more time actually TEACHING you how to do it as well as why you should meditate and other suggestions we’ll be making to improve your health. TOM VON DECK is a personal and workplace meditation trainer, speaker and author of Oceanic Mind - The Deeper Meditation Training Course. Through books, audio courses and seminars, Tom assists individuals of all faiths, temperaments, time schedules and lifestyles in finding their unique routes to consistent meditation. His programs make meditation a much easier and more customized process for everyone.  There are oodles of meditation techniques in the world. Each tradition tends to present itself as the best tradition. However, Tom maintains that each individual is unique. The main feature to look for in the search for a stress reduction program is compatibility.  Tom learned to meditate in 1987 at approximately age 11. He has studied with many teachers under many traditions. Tom says that  meditation is neither a religion nor a philosophy. It is a rejuvenating experience of being present with oneself on finer and finer levels. It is a "fuel" which brings life, vitality, balance and creativity to all endeavors. Such an experience can be found in all faiths and even among atheists. Tom's Website is www.DeeperMeditation.Net. I do have some valuable and practical tips to offer your listeners. I'm a personal and workplace meditation trainer and author who teaches "absolutely foolproof relaxation for busy people". The programs (and book) involve meditation techniques plus ideas for making meditation a much easier and more customized process for people of all religions, lifestyles and time schedules. Everyone has an optimum personal stress reduction strategy which they can apply to daily life. I help them find that. stress management, meditation, lifestyles, ancient techniques, customizing health
