Boyd White, III - Attorney & Inspirational Speaker

I'm looking forward to talking to Boyd as I also have strong opinions on the problems of youth and what can and should be done to help them.Further I've had two of Detroit's famous educators on a few months ago and anxious for an update and fresh viewpoint. From Boyd. Statistics don’t lie; many of today’s youth are at risk and in desperate need of compassionate direction in order to ensure their survival. Boyd White, III is committed to meeting this need through his inspiring messages of empowerment. Boyd’s commitment flows from the challenges he faced growing up in Detroit, Michigan. Like many of his peers, Boyd possessed talent, but lacked focus and direction. He very nearly succumbed to the perils of violence and peer pressure which destroys the lives of so many like him. Yet he survived and became an advocate for others seeking to succeed in their struggle for survival. “Just because you CAN make it, doesn’t mean that you are GOING to make it” is Boyd’s rallying cry to this generation, which holds to the erroneous belief that their destructive actions today have no bearing on the achievement of their dreams. Boyd’s mission is to passionately convey this rallying cry to reach every youth he is privileged to speak with. His past experiences, combined with his current influential standing, as a youth minister and practicing attorney make him the ideal individual for the assignment to make a difference with today’s adolescent culture. Boyd currently lives and works in Detroit, Michigan.
