I think gossip control and developing good friends would make for a lively discussion on your show. People like to align themselves with others, much like wanting to be in the right clique in high school.  It isn't much different in a bureaucracy.  There is a little guide I give in the book, and I could tweak it to fit your listening audience.  It outlines who is a good friend and who isn't.  Gossip control is another issue in groups - business, education.  I have a little outline for that too.    Simply put, negativity is the root of the problem and taking individual action, or having seminars about it (or reading my book of course)  to help develop another mindset, would be helpful.  Bureaucracy - “Life Sucks, Then You Die.”  My friend had that bumper sticker on her Corvette for years.  It still makes me wince to think about it.  That is why Erase Negativity and Embrace the Magic Within was written.  There are a lot of people like my friend.  These are folks who need more than a cheery message to infuse their life with optimism.  This book is about learning to recognize how negativity has manifested itself into one’s life, and the actions needed to defeat it and replace it with a more constructive and affirmative life pattern.   In addition to personal experiences, the book provides the reader with a step-by-step guide on how to eliminate hopelessness and achieve happiness.  Each exercise is simple, effective and easy to put into practice.  I will show how people can turn their lives around, using examples of interesting people who had it rough, but didn’t lose hope.  Here is a link to my book. You can read the first 10% of it for free.http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/11183  http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/11183
