As you well know, one's emotional health is certainly paramount to living a joyful life.  Sadly, too many people are still living life on "auto-pilot" based on the survival skills they learned as children. And although these tools were helpful back then, they no longer serve. Yet, these patterns are continued because they are comfortable.  However, there is a way to create new neural connections so that you are no longer merely reacting. "Mindfulness and The Art of Choice: Transform Your Life" is a self-help book that offers tools to make a change; it is based both on my personal journey and professional knowledge as a psychologist. I would consider it an honor to join you on your show in order to share this knowledge with your audience. I truly believe that I have experienced what I have so that I can share my knowledge with others. I'm a seasoned radio guest and so am quite comfortable with this medium. In emails with Karen she appears emotionally healthy and I'm anxious to hear her ideas.
