HEALING WITH RAW FOODS AND SELF-TALK

Our Guest for today's show - Health Enthusiast Julie Hofffenberg and cancer survivor Sarah Woodward will discuss how healing takes place as a result of unburdening the systems of the body. In order to de-acidify, detoxify, and unburden the glandular mechanisms of the body, one must eat healthful raw foods and also use positive self-talk. Often times people who are enduring a dis-ease say to themselves, "I can't eat that. I can't say that. I won't feel better if I do that..." And the list goes on. This immediately puts a wall up and stops the body's ability to heal. They will discuss these messages and how they help us or keep us from healing, and also how to add back foods in the diet that one does not believe they can. We invite you to call in with questions.
