Lindsay Nixon
Lindsay S. Nixon is the bestselling author of the Happy Herbivore Cookbook Series: The Happy Herbivore Cookbook (Jan 2011), Everyday Happy Herbivore (Dec 2011) and Happy Herbivore Abroad (Dec 2012).
