As a creature living on this planet, you are certainly aware 
that change is a major theme for humankind. In these times, 
as we journey through times of transition and trials, change 
may be more often referred to as "stress".
As human beings, we are not comfortable  when things are 
unpredictable or when we don’t know what is going to happen.  Personal pressure then builds and often spreads into our relationships. 
 
But it doesn’t have to be a life that’s struggling with frustration, anger and resignation. While it may take some effort, we do have the power to work ourselves out of conflict and improve upon our relationships.
