This espisode will help to begin your journey into the NEW YEAR 2016. I know this will probably sound cliché but it December ALREADY it was just the 4th of July!!!!  Having said that it is certainly time embrace the FACT that a new year upon us!  So we should have been planning 6 months ago.  Nevertheless, better late than NEVER!!!
