Unfortunately, for all of us distractions are commonplace.  Even the professional Life-Balancer has spur-of-the-moment for distractions.  If we are all honest the distraction is just the beginning of what impedes us in the distraction phase.  I have found that it is the elements that embrace our attention.  One of the primary reason, I wanted to share some tips I have found to be beneficial to reducing the time we spend with distractions.  Join me Monday, September 28, 2015 at 7:00pm.
