The pride of Toronto is about to visit us - and so many couldn't be happier!  Rob Tardik is an extraordinary guitarist - award-winning - and is in love with the idea of a global vision regarding Jazz.  He's also a profoundly respected teacher, both privately and at the prestigious Merriam School of Music.  As well, Rob is an inventor - of "The Music Stamp Series." These are teaching accessories for both musicians and instructors.  A fascinating man - and we haven't even touched on his composition skills!

Rob had been involved in music for over two decades.  Well-versed in both recording engineering and media arts, he has turned out acclaimed projects that feature his joyful and passionate music.  There have been multiple singles on "Billboard's" Top 10.  We've been thrilling to his latest CD, "Limitless", since last year.  Before that, "Without Words" (2006) and "The Right Time" (2009).  And we're never going to forget "Balance/Energy/Laughter/Love (B.E.L.L.)" because it sums up Rob's philosphy.  Which is "Let's all keep ringing this BELL loud and clear!"

The reason for Rob's visit on 10/28 is to celebrate the release of his new single from "Limitless" called "RobBop."  It's a cool breeze of a song, featuring the steaming sax of Walle Larsson - and we'll hear it.  As well as an astounding array of tunes that are specially chosen for this show :)

We hope to see you in The Chat Room on the last Tuesday in October!  Time is flying by this year - and we're in the throes of Autumn in many places on the planet.  How wonderful to feel Harvest Time - with it's rich colors, fresh wind, and the promise of a comfortable blanket to ward off the chill.  Hey - that sounds like Rob Tardik music!  Hah!  Join us on 10/28.
