I'll be interviewing John E. Welshons ("Ramananda"), author of One Soul, One Love, One Heart: The Sacred Path to Healing All Relationships. He is also the author of Awakening from Grief: Finding the Way Back to Joy and When Prayers Aren't Answered, two books that emerged from nearly 40 years of experience helping people deal with dramatic life changes and loss.

John has traveled and studied extensively in India and is a gifted counselor and teacher who has worked closely with Ram Dass and Stephen Levine. He also trained with Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. He has been a practitioner of Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation and various forms of yoga for more than 40 years. His workshops and lectures are offered all over the United States and he also offers one-on-one consultations.

On this call, John will share his view of what happens when we die, and how to navigate through the grief and fear of losing our loved ones.
