Islam All Praise Is due Allah and Honors to the Prophet Noble Drew Ali. As mentioned before the Moors of America need to be re-educated on the aspects and scope of the Moorish Science Temple of America: the Prophet Noble Drew Ali mentioned that the Supreme laws would be handed down later there are many who believe he never handed these laws down: we the Members of the Revealers Rising Stars study group tend to disagree with such notions due to the Fact the Prophet told Us that when he tells us something it has already been done, therefore we have Constructed what we believe to be the Supreme laws of the Moorish Sciecne Temple Of America. and now wish to present them before the Moorish Children of Noble Drew Ali, there will be those who disagree. But it has been to our findings that the true laws of the Prophet is not to their best interest for the public to know because it conflicts with what they are doing, Be it known that this is not the consent of all Moors and may not be in agreeance with all.

Preamble:

We as a clean and pure nation descend from the inhabitants of Africa do not desire to amalgamate or to marry into the pale skin nations of Europe: therefore we are returning the Church and Christianity back to the European nations as it was prepaired by their forefathers for their earthly salvation. While We The Moorish Americans are returning to Islam which was founded by our forefathers for our earthly and divine salvation. The time has come when every nation must worship under it's own vine and fig tree and every tongue must confess it's own.

Article #1 Territory

Every subordinate temple of the Grand temple is to form under the Covenant of Love Truth Peace Freedom and Justice and create their own laws and customs in conjunction with the laws of the Holy Prophet and the Grand Temple I the Prophet Noble Drew Ali was sent by the Great God Allah to warn the Asiatics of America to repent from their sinful ways before the great and lawful day which is sure to come.

Article #2 Membership

Membership is free all over the world every member pays 50 cents a month for dues this if not paid does not entitle you to the Protection that is provided for you all members must proclaim their nationality Moorish American and Divine Creed Islamism There is but one God Allah the author creator and governor of the worlds almighty eternal and incomprehensible

[a] all members must attend their meetings and become a part and partial of all uplifting acts of the Moorish Science Temple of America

[b] Children sons and daughters are also to have membership within the temple they are to be industrious and become a part of the uplifting of fallen humanity.

Article #3 Governing Body

All power and authority is vested in the Prophet Noble Drew Ali and those who he appoints as the supreme body.

[a] The Prophet has the Authority to expel any officer or any member of the Moorish Science temple of America who willfully violates or refuses to comply with the rules in regards to Branch Moorish Science temple and such suspension shall stand until judgment of the Prophet and membership and officers shall have mad satis factory atonement. [b] the Grand body is the supreme Law making body every officer that make up the grand body are appointed as one 28 people who take out membership in the Moorish Science temple Of America and 15 of those who be initiated in the adept chambers of the MSTA this will constitute a temple 15 will will represent a quorum and the majority will be 8 and the 8 can guide and govern that particular temple

[section 2] The Officers of the Moorish Science temple Of America Executive rulers shall consist of five these officers shall hold office from the time of their election until the new election the term being one year officers shall be elected and seated during the month Of September 16- 20 during the time of election Officers shall vacate their offices and Convention officers shall take their place until the new officers are named.

[section 3] The Executive rulers of the MSTA shall be the management of the Temple when the Grand Body is not in session they shall serve as both law makers as well as Business council and Judicial in accordance with the rules and usages of the MSTA as indicated in act one of the Divine By-Laws which are enacted for the governing of the Temple meetings as well as the additional laws.

[section 4 ] The Grand Sheik shall be authorized to remove officers from office who fail or refuse to attend regular meetings whether it be general or business unless excused other grounds for removal will include conviction of felony while in office failure to preform duties assigned to him/she or shall be found guilty of misconduct in the affairs of the temple; Ant officer so charged shall have the right to defend himself before the governing body the ruling of the Grand Sheik shall be final if the office shall be come vacant the Grand Sheik shall appoint someone to that seat until election time.

[section 5 ] Holding office any member who has reached the requirements of the Moorish Science Temple of America shall be qualified to seek office as an officer of the temple no member who has been convicted of a felony within three years proceeding of has been found guilty by the judicial board of the MSTA shall be qualified to seek office as an officer one must be in good standing a minimum of one year, maximum of three in accord with act 7 the grand body shall be the sole judge of the qualifications of the officers of the temple.

Article 4 The powers of the Grand body.

[section 1 ] The powers vested in the grand body by law shall serve as the following powers subject to any limitations imposed y the free national republic of the united states of America or agreed upon through contractual agreements between the Moorish Sciecne Temple of America and the Free National Government of the United States of America and recognized by the Federal government

[section 2 ] The grand body reserves unto itself the authority to approve annual budget this budget shall include normal operation expenses and any special project or expenditures contemplated by the MSTA the grand body shall have authority to approve modification of the budget up to an aggregate of 25% in any budget year dues, per capital taxes, emergency funds, business ventures, etc.

[ section 3 ] The Grand body is the business house of the MSTA and shall exercise the following powers by appropriate motion, resolution, or ordinance.

[1] all sales or purchasing of properties etc. must be approved by the Grand Body in conjunction with the laws of the Prophet this includes lands, buildings unless prevented by terms of acquirement

[2] The grand body through representation may consult and negotiate contracts and conclude agreements on behalf of the MSTA with local and federal governments on all matters within the powers of the governing body authorized and included in divine constitution and by-laws the Grand Sheik may assign committees for such assignments

Article 5 Members rights

[1] all members upon joining the MSTA have the right of participating in the industrious acts of their local temple this includes committees and auxiliaries of the MSTA.

[2] All dues paying members and per capital taxes are entitled to the rights and protection of the MSTA, representation shall be provided for them in cases where their nationality or natural rights are at question, by the Moorish Consul, at which time the Grand Governor of the State is to act in [ ad hoc ] capacity being he/she is the home resident of the state for which all temples in that state are under his/her jurisdiction, or the local Grand sheik shall act in the capacity

[3] members may bring charges against any member who puts in danger or accuses falsely any other member, members may also bring charges against any officer of the temple if they find this officer to be in violation of the welfare of the temple or at odds with the rules and usages of the MSTA at which time the accuser must be able to produce evidence against the accused hearsay will not be admissible

[4] If one shall loose faith they shall be allowed to return to the state unmolested, as none can take your nationality they will still be recognized as Moorish Americans but shall not be entitled to the rights and protection of the MSTA thus they shall be seen as stateless

[5] Members who keep in line with all necessities of the MSTA are entitled to the name of faithful, members who move away from their temples are allowed to continue paying dues and per capital taxes to their home temple this entitles them to continuous membership and protection of the MSTA

. Article 6 Elections

1, Elections shall be held yearly during the set month of convention, all offices shall be declared vacant from Sept 16-20 inclusive each year.

[a] Convention officials shall elected to at in the capacity of the national government of the MSTA during the time of covention these officials are to be elected by the Grand Body September 16th.

[b] National officials are elected by the grand body September the 19th

[c] Temple officials are elected the first Tuesday after convention by the sheiks and sheikessess of that temple

[d] no official is eligible for office unless he or she has proper credentials

[e] The assemblage of Representatives of the various temples shall consist of the Grand Sheik, Governors , and Secretaries, through out the United States Of America said assemblage be on the set date and may be termed as the Grand Body or the Grand Major Temple.

Article 7 the Executive rulers of the MSTA.

1. The management of the Moorish Science Temple shall be vested in a board of five who shall act as the Grand National Officials of the Moorish Science Temple Of America these five along with their assistants shall have executive powers afforded them by the rules and usages of the Moorish Science Temple of America or by Delegational power

[a] The Grand Sheik shall act as spiritual head and chief justice of the MSTA.

[b] The Chairman shall reside over all national meetings,and shall be regarded as the law and chief magistrate of the MSTA

[c] National secretary shall be the recorder of all national meetings, they shall record the purpose and outcome of the meetings attendance etc. they shall also be the keeper of all temple Business, charters, properties, monies, etc. all local temples etc. are to file an annual business report with the national secretary as well as a number of membership accompanied by the names and date of joining the temple. all business, auxiliaries, committees are to file an annual report with the National secretary a well.

[d] Grand treasurer is responsible for all funds of the Moorish Science temple of America money taken in spent and balance the treasurer is responsible for seeing that these monies are deposited in the Grand Treasure of the Msta for which all funds are to be under the Name of the MSTA and designated names placed on the account. the treasurer must also make an annual report with the Secretary as well Failure to do so could result in the charges of embezzlement at which time the Grand Body can bring one under charges to prosecuted to the fullest extent.

[ e] the Assistant Grand Sheik is to assist the Grandsheik in all affairs the national Chairman is the second in charge to the Grand sheik unless otherwise stipulated and is to act in the capacity of grand sheik if for some reason the Grand Sheik is unable to preform His/her duties The assistant GrandSheik may be enacted by the Grand Sheik to handle temple Business with the approval of the Grand body when the Grand Sheik is unable to do so.

Article 8 Local, National, and Federal Recognition:

The Moorish Science Temple of America first organized in 1925 under the General Assembly of the State of Illinois approved April 18,1872 and enforced April 20th 1874 Under the act concerning Corporations was legally chartered under the name Moorish Temple of Science November 26,1926 for which the state seal of Illinois was affixed by Louis L.Emmerson Secretary of State, The Purpose of the said organization for the uplifting of fallen humanity and to teach our men and women to be better citizens, May 2, 1928 the name Moorish Temple of Science in a special meeting was lawfully changed to the Moorish Science Temple of America in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois this was done under what we have come to know as Hurds revised status chapter 32 entitled Religious corporation act form 1099 and filed in the county recorders office for which Salomes Jasconowskic was the recorder: July 20, 1928 the First Executive rulers of the Newly reorganized Corporation were named as the first Sheiks of the Corporation for which they would be charged with the management of the said Corporation this was approved May 22,1928, August 1,1928 the Moorish Science temple of America became a national movement for which the Prophet tells us he had charterds to issue to every state through out the United States.

[1] The Moorish Science temple of America is required by law to register it's executive rulers with the County recorder office for recognition of the national leaders as well as contact in case there should be a law suit or what have you filed against the Moorish Science Temple Of America

[2] All temples are registered as foreign territory in each state: making them exclusive territory of the Moorish Science Temple of America and not the state in which they reside as well as all members, properties etc. The Grand Governor of each state is registered within that state as the home resident and has jurisdiction over all temples in his/her state and serves as the contact person in case of discrepancies

[3] all temple properties, money, etc. are under the trust of the Grand body of the MSTA therefore remain as private sector and need not be registered with anyone other than the national Secretary of the Moorish Science Temple of America this is law:
