Islam Our Authority

This post comes after a discussion with one who claims to be in the know and when the question was asked what authority do we derive from the Great koran Of Mohammed this one was bought to a stand still, I have told you Moors the Ball is rolling, I have told you because I dont say dont mean I dont know. and if you look at previous postings I have already told you the Authority and Power derived. This will be my last time on this discussion, as carnal men want not the light and when it shines forth in the dark they comprehend it not.

The power derived is the power to create our own laws and customes according to the rules and usages of the MSTA. Moorish law is the expression of the divine commands for a Moorish nation and when applied constitutes a system of duties [ Divine Constitution ] that are incumbent upon Moorish Americans By virtue of our religious beleifs and faith thus the law constitutes a divinely ordained path of conduct and practice an expression of our religious conviction in this world, with peace and smooth sailing in the next.

The Moorish laws have a wider scope than secular law it regulates our relationship with our neighbors [the government in which we live in the bands of society ] as well as the State of the MSTA [our government ] but also our own God Conscience, defining our religious pratices such as prayer, charity, as well as our spiritual and physical pilgrimage . Therefore the Authority of the Great Koran Of Mohammed is an expression of what we are entitiled or bound to do in law, but what those who are conscience ought to refrain from doing. AS WE ARE FOR PEACE AND NOT DESTRUCTION.

this is the Problem as most dont see or know that the Prophet established this nation under DIVINE LAW, UNIVERSAL LAW, INTERNATIONAL LAW, and is recognized locally,federally, nationally, and internationally, in all 4 coners of the earth under the divine principles of love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice. that unlike secular law or legal systems that grow out of society and change with circumstances. The laws of the MSTA come from on high and therefore cannot change, it is not society that molds and fashions the law but the law that molds and fashions and controls society.

This is why we must study the Holy koran of the Moorish Science Temple Of America as well as the Divine constitution and By-Laws so that we can become the interpeters of the saving power that comes from Allah through our ancient fathers by his Prophet the Clean and Pure teachings, this is why you see so many dance around it because they cant grasp it and The Prophet said it is so simple a two year old child can understand, as there are many verses in our little pamphlet that deal with law, culture, worship, society, nationality, history, man, in general.

During the time Of Our Prophet noble Drew Ali, his positon in the Temple as the leader of this divine nation was cheif Judge and interpetor of the law for which he told us all power was vested in him [sovereign] and those whom he appointed as the supreme law making body [ sovereign body ]. for which he said he would have to enforce the law in order to save the nation. In october of 1928 the Prophet returned from a trip saying he had his numbers, one Chicago news paper announced that the Prophet would now appoint his conclade 15 sheiks/governors, were made adepts and taken through the chamber becoming the grand body the sovereign law making boy of the MSTA the Grandsheik and Chairman are the cheif Magistrates of the MSTA thier power to make and enforce law is vested in them through the executive orders of the rules and usage of the MSTA or by Delgational authority.

As I have said I will no longer speak on this as I have grown tired of repeating it you who doubt go to your temples ask your sheiks like I heard another Moor say if I aint right make me right.
