Ephesians 6 - "I challenge the world to interview his officials, officers, members who were kicked out of his tumorous body." Now who would be concern with why Allah kick Satan out from Heaven?...why would you ask someone who was removed for their non-Moorish and non-Islamic way? for that would be the only reason any Moor would be removed from any Temple. But as I see some Moorish Temple's rather hold on to their devil's were they lack in quality they make up in numbers. Suddenly this one come running with some very old news, news that I personally have heard the Minister himself speaking about on his shows and this one now seek to attacking the Minister using these old long resolved things. and trying to both defame and slander the Minister with some old age bull, while myself and other may not agree with the Minister harsh way, we must all agree that no one has proven him to be wrong about what he says, nor what he is teaching . and now this particular once come running saying that the Minister smoke reefer and buy prostitutes and uses temple donated, to him by the membership while he was in California and yet to date once more not one actual former member from that time period has ever step forward and challenge him with such foolishness wonder why. And that would literally mean that are pressing charges against him, for doing such action, but that’s never been the cases right? As I have purchases tape from him as well I and some of you have probably listen to his talk show and heard he challenging other whom he has personally attacked about their own bad behavior. Now one of them have came back with such hearsay and conjecture nor trying to defend his fall son as he call him As for what he did before coming into the M.S.T.of A.. and what he is doing now are two totally different things. Shouldn’t he have at lease provided us with some proof other than what he has been told him, and haven’t we all heard these same challenges being set up to other than the Chief Minister who long ago has made fool out of all those who came at him with such foolishness, so why should we simply take up this challenge which has no proof of truth attach to it, and sadly those who do so are allowing themselves to be taken off their square. Let him first put up some ground of sound proof not hearsay and conjecture. To: U.S Senate We the undersigned strongly, and adamantly oppose House of Representatives Bill 1955, and Senate Bill 1959 Titled Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorist Act of 2007. This Bill if passed into law considering its loose language, and ambiguous definitions or lack thereof could very easily be used as a tool to diminish or abolish the rights, freedoms, and liberties that we inherently have under the U.S Constitution. This Bill as We The People see it, poses the greatest threat to the Constitution to date. The Bill lacks a definition for “extremist belief system”. It further lacks a definition of “force”. If passed as is, this Bill made Law could leave interpretation to the government as they see fit to interpret. It would give the government the right to target any group as terrorist based or any person as a terrorist. If made law it would give power to the government to breach or completely take away our right of freedom of speech regardless of the section that declares there will be a division set up to ensure our rights are protected. We oppose strongly the proposition of self policing this commission. The ambiguous language in this Bill negates the declaration of insuring our rights , liberties, and freedoms. We the people strongly, and adamantly oppose the language in the Bill regarding the Internet. The Internet is a great means of expression of our freedom of speech, and this avenue must be protected. If this Bill were passed to Law it would give the government the right to censor, restrict or abolish it all together. We the people demand that this Bill be thrown out of the Senate, and dropped. There are sufficient laws, and statues in place to insure groups that should be targeted as terrorist are. They will have the opportunity for due process under the law. We have been working closely with other Moorish American Moslems, who share our same goals, which is to uplift fallen humanity, propagate the faith of Islam, and extend the learning and truth of the Great Prophet of Ali in America. What we must come to understand is the fact that unity is not a slogan; it is a mission. Wherever we are we should try to see how we can achieve unity among ourselves. Each one of us should ask ourselves: Do I want to be united with my fellow Moorish American Moslems? What am I doing to work with my brothers and sisters to promote our purpose and achieve our goal? If I have a problem, what am I doing to solve the problem? Unity does not come down as rain from the sky. Unity is not a miracle that will happen among those who do not believe in unity. Unity will only come if we strive for it and work hard to achieve it. It is a reward of faith, sincere efforts, lots of patience, good will, tolerance, and sincere commitment to the objectives and aims put forth by our illustrious Prophet Noble Drew Ali. Unity requires continuous efforts. Let us all work together to achieve unity among us and let us pray to Allah to bless us in this sincere effort. What unites Moorish American Moslems is much greater than what disunites them. Through the continuous efforts of certain Brothers but even in this as Matheno taught we must have a clear conception of our mission to the sons of men and the only way to do this is to become adept in the laws and teachings of our Prophet Noble Drew Ali.
I have found there are so many Moors that can tell you all, but what the very one who was sent to redeem us has done, and for this reason the shame and glory has been misplaced and this in itself is TOO BAD the eyes of the Moors must now be opened and facts revealed some may not like it but we cannot allow the lies to be dispensed among our young and weak, and think this Divine Movemnet is going to reach its full potentials.
So the first thing to dispose of is this lie the Prophet re-incorporated the temple in 1928, once all understand we will know who truly holds the Corporate entity Known as the Moorish Science Temple of America corporate status thus I create this with no disrespect just truth and pray none take offense but the law is the law and the LAW MUST LIVE.
Lets now study the works of the Prophet Noble Drew Ali.
Beginning in 1925 the Prophet tells us we first organized under the General Assembly of the State of Illinois he is letting us know that the Temple was organized under the laws and provisions of the state legislsation laws of 1872-74 the same laws that later became known to us as Hurds revised Statutes AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATIONS, November 29,1926 in accordance with state laws of Illinois the Moorish Temple Of Science was incorporated into the state Of Illinois via the Illinois Constitution as a sub division of the City of Chicago. Again under the General Assembly Of the State of Illinois, this was done in the State capital Springfeild Illinois and signed by the Secretary of Territories which is what the office of the Seretary of State was knon as before being changed under the Povisions of 1872-74, thus the MTS became a subdivision of the State Of Illinois but a seperate entity [ private sector ] not fully under the jurisdiction of the State. this is the importance of the Certificate of Corporation # 10580,known as the Charter.
Too many are caught up in the Illusion they cant see what the Prophet really did November 29, was the actual day the Articles of Incorporation filed by the Prophet along with others for the upliftment of fallen humanity was accepted and the Charter was Issued not the day it was filed remember the Prophet said before he tells us he has already done it the Charter of the Moorish Temple of Science was now in affect as a civic corporation of the State of Illinois but having it's own jurisdiction as a sub division of the City of Chigago.[ private sector] all the catholic churc thing comes later as we will show.
The first nationality cards as well as the adept chambers were formed under the original corporate status and it was in these adept chambers Moors were instructed and sent out with the learning truths of the Prophet Noble Drew Ali, who were instructed to teach our people and errect temples in the name of the MOORISH TEMPLE OF SCIENCE. between 1926-1928 15 temples were errected in 15 different states some say there were sub-ordinate temples of the 15 making it indeed 26 temples. This is why the 1926 corporation is very important it is the Foundation of the Present Day Moorish Science Temple Of America, and cannot be done away with as some are trying to do. THE PROPHET SAID THEY ARE TRYING EVERY WEAK MIND TO TEAR DOWN AND DRAG OUT THE TRUE FONDATION IN WHICH I THE PROPHET HAVE BUILT FOR YOU. But their own bad plannings cause them to fall and now the time has come to cast them out with dirt on their heads.

Therefore as you can see the Moorish Temple of Science was incorporated as a seperate entity with governmental scope just as any city or town [ the alliance little wheel in a big wheel ]. it's scope to uplift fallen humanity and to teach our men and women the things necessary to make them better citizens. [ civic ] The Prophet tells us we have to promote economic security [ don't sound like a non profit organization to me ] as no other thing is more needed, he tells us our men, women, children should be taught to beleive in the capacity of our group to succeed in busuiness , in spite of trials and failures, encouragement, support and patronage that would have some of our worthy business ventures a grand success. Our business entrprise in every feild of endeavor should have the fullest confidence cooperation and patronage.

This in turn brings me to act #1 of the additional laws which were the original laws of 1926 the Prophet tells the heads of the Temple at that time let it be FINANCE PROPERTY or any line of life that will cause MEMBERS to sacrifice FINANCE etc. now the question comes to me where did ones get this 501c 3 status from but we will get off into that later as it couldnt have been, I cannot see this in the scope of our Prophet Noble Drew Ali, as he tells us we must maintain a national treasury as well as an emergency fund. He also told us when any temple desires to purchase PROPERTY they are to notify the Grand Body or the Prophet, and the Property is to be put in the name of the Prophet noble Drew Ali or the Temple, therefore there is no federal regulations or codes on this Divine Movement other than those who dont understand tried to place on it, no UCC codes as we were not doing over seas business therfore we needed no federal regulations, we are seeking to errect a nation that is self sufficient.

Islam Our Authority
This post comes after a discussion with one who claims to be in the know and when the question was asked what authority do we derive from the Great koran Of Mohammed this one was bought to a stand still, I have told you Moors the Ball is rolling, I have told you because I dont say dont mean I dont know. and if you look at previous postings I have already told you the Authority and Power derived. This will be my last time on this discussion, as carnal men want not the light and when it shines forth in the dark they comprehend it not.
The power derived is the power to create our own laws and customes according to the rules and usages of the MSTA. Moorish law is the expression of the divine commands for a Moorish nation and when applied constitutes a system of duties [ Divine Constitution ] that are incumbent upon Moorish Americans By virtue of our religious beleifs and faith thus the law constitutes a divinely ordained path of conduct and practice an expression of our religious conviction in this world, with peace and smooth sailing in the next.
The Moorish laws have a wider scope than secular law it regulates our relationship with our neighbors [the government in which we live in the bands of society ] as well as the State of the MSTA [our government ] but also our own God Conscience, defining our religious pratices such as prayer, charity, as well as our spiritual and physical pilgrimage . Therefore the Authority of the Great Koran Of Mohammed is an expression of what we are entitiled or bound to do in law, but what those who are conscience ought to refrain from doing. AS WE ARE FOR PEACE AND NOT DESTRUCTION.
this is the Problem as most dont see or know that the Prophet established this nation under DIVINE LAW, UNIVERSAL LAW, INTERNATIONAL LAW, and is recognized locally,federally, nationally, and internationally, in all 4 coners of the earth under the divine principles of love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice. that unlike secular law or legal systems that grow out of society and change with circumstances. The laws of the MSTA come from on high and therefore cannot change, it is not society that molds and fashions the law but the law that molds and fashions and controls society.
This is why we must study the Holy koran of the Moorish Science Temple Of America as well as the Divine constitution and By-Laws so that we can become the interpeters of the saving power that comes from Allah through our ancient fathers by his Prophet the Clean and Pure teachings, this is why you see so many dance around it because they cant grasp it and The Prophet said it is so simple a two year old child can understand, as there are many verses in our little pamphlet that deal with law, culture, worship, society, nationality, history, man, in general.
During the time Of Our Prophet noble Drew Ali, his positon in the Temple as the leader of this divine nation was cheif Judge and interpetor of the law for which he told us all power was vested in him [sovereign] and those whom he appointed as the supreme law making body [ sovereign body ]. for which he said he would have to enforce the law in order to save the nation. In october of 1928 the Prophet returned from a trip saying he had his numbers, one Chicago news paper announced that the Prophet would now appoint his conclade 15 sheiks/governors, were made adepts and taken through the chamber becoming the grand body the sovereign law making boy of the MSTA the Grandsheik and Chairman are the cheif Magistrates of the MSTA thier power to make and enforce law is vested in them through the executive orders of the rules and usage of the MSTA or by Delgational authority.
As I have said I will no longer speak on this as I have grown tired of repeating it you who doubt go to your temples ask your sheiks like I heard another Moor say if I aint right make me right.
