As I been thinking at this moment There is this question that been on my mind lasting I hear references of we live in many adjectives of societies But then I been wondering for years what is society Thats a question thats been ask to define society When I went like Noah Webster to define it I couldnt get a solid answer that was satisfying It seem to conflict At many attempts that contradict So I was listening to Common Blaque Maybe song on the lastest CD Where he did a spoken approach on there that maybe the prison is in our own mind Therefore, I was thinking where is society People say its so much pressure from society But I lived in a neighborhood Seen other surroundings but yet none of the societal pressure present I dont see the surrounding limits or boundaries of society Society seem to be an abstract so untouchable But if thats the case, where is this imprisoning pressure coming from Is society real or is it a mental illusion A tool of manipulation That became a hypnotic presentation So if we are a free society Then is that an oxymoron We are free but yet bound by limits that restict being self We look at people in the prison but does that feel like a reflection at times I understand responsibility of freedom But I must also recognize the illusion of freedom We live in a microwave society but where is it really located If society is a mental trap, then the pressure exists becasue we created it Basically society seems to be a tool for someone to create his own earth Or in other words to play God so he can be in charge instead of God This is some things Ive been thinking on society So I ask where is societyI wonder about being in a free country Is it really free or is it just an illusion Thing is that if we are in a room of expanding wall The walls can be move out of range to be seen that it looks like freedom Or rather yet, we see the people in prison but what about us If I step outside a building then Im free Or do I just have more freedom and to be free is an illusion Even when stepping outside there is still boundaries The sky may be the limits but to go above the earth There must be escape from earth gravity In fact whats considered normal speed is not enough for escape Perhaps a message there cant move at the pace of everyone else But being on earth there is the illsuion of freedom The boundaries are move so far away that it looks like no walls However, if the planet have a shape and form, some boundaries exist Otherwise the shape cant exists But what about the illusion of prison Or where is society We live in a society of many aspects And somehow pressure is applied but its like no one there That seems to define physics So if society is a mental manipulative tool Then we are allowing the application of pressure that unnecessary Education is key But dont forget about the locksmith that change the locks So a degree obtain But no job in that field So there is a loan to pay off student debts From bouncing checks But no self satifaction To please someone else and to make money but the dream becomes a nightmare So there is that mental prison of got to go in this field syndrome. It seems that we are educated to be someone else's slave And not to be independent Now working to help someone else's dream come true And self is lost in the shuffle So what to choose, the illusion prison or, the illusion of freedom?
