Today's show was a success as I feel and I did pray about the show this morning and it worked. Started the show with Yolanda Johnson's Individual and throughtout the show I would start with an expression callled Bronzed Special which is below. Then would have Murff of The Mecca Lounge Radio show on the the show to call in and he read his piece which was great and evidence that black man can uplift women with no problem. Then we would have Jaxx, and Netta call in on the show and they would read their pieces as well. I would then read another piece called Respect Stance. Another song that was played on the radio show was my dedication track to Real Talk With Real Women radio show. Then I would play Rhyme Cypha's song God Told Me which again more evidence a black man can have great love songs without happen to be about the sex all the time but can be about respect and have God involved. So below are the two expressions I did on the show if you want to read them. Exitrance!!!Respect Stance So you call me your "Bitch" or "Ho" and treat me that rhymes with toy/ Well Ill be the woman in this picture playing the role/ Show you how it goes/ You say Im like a woman on her period/ Ill be that, as biological clocking ticking/ But not at the stopping point/ but mark the end of your sentence/ You say Im not finish/ Well if Im the woman you did not satisfy me/ But youre finish/ Im the period that marks the end of your thought/ However its a thought imcomplete/ So youre nothing but a fragment/ Youre like the person of incorrect grammar and punctuation/ You missed the period and you kept running on/ When I missed the period, and I may be late/ But Im Christ-like so Im right on time/ however youre obselete or just plain out of date/ Being a serial monogamist/ Because you cant handle the lyricist/ I was produced by Female/ Im not ashamed for its a biological process so I can prevail/ Purposed by God to create me through Birth/ break away from the gates of hell as I walk this earth/ Its called pregnancy so disrespect to women production/ is disrespect to the birth of me/ Now I must take it personal to defend fight with this ode to pregancy/ Like the song of Yolanda Johnson empty promises all the things you promised/ but in reality you cant handle respect of a woman/ so to the challenging court youve been summon/ youre jealous dwelling in your incompetence/ While I just became accomplished/ Bronzed Special(dedication to black women) For years, they have used the color of your complexion as negative value. They say the brighter, the color the better and cleaner and dark is dirt. Regardless of all presented there was one thing that couldnt be taken from you, That is your self worth. Stand solid like bronze, even though in other ways its not the top position, but it can be the basic of all others. The tree might be stonger but it started as a plant that matured to a flower. The flower that is held in the right hand for it was right as planned. For strong independence to self stand, As taught from heritage through tradition, Position vertical on solid ground or sand, As your presence and history is carved in to the land. Sculptured as God ordained, To be strong virteous as to maintain. Like seashell, I can hear the ocean, AS from you flowing of Love and emotion. You are a work of art, Because what flow from your hear. With values placed by wordly events, Doesnt mean that they define your value's worth by derrogatory comments. The bronze might be last place in olympics, but as I see, if you're last, you are the one at the end of great chapter and the beginning of new history.
