As time goes on we will witness our parents and loved ones get older.  Through the process of aging we will be forced to make decisions about their care if they are unable to care for themselves.

Some families are fortunate enough to take their loved ones into their own homes and provide in-home care.  But what happens when we are forced to admit our loved ones into a facility which we find later to offer sub-standard care?
