TRIBUTE TO A KING: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was born to Reverend Martin Luther King, Sr. and Alberta Williams King in Atlanta, Georgia on January 15, 1929.

An American clergyman, activist, and prominent leader in the African-American Civil Rights Movement, Dr. King is best know for  the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott, his service to the Southern Leadership Conference in 1977, and  his 1963 "March on Washington", where he delivered his famous " I Have a Dream" speech.

Well tonight, 4-days before the anniversary of his birth (83 years ago), we honor this African-American icon...

Please join me to discuss how far African Americans have come since the civil rights movement... or have we come as far as we think?
