What I have done is expand my vision about how this blog can add value to the readership that has steadily grown over the last few months. This blog will help you master the job search and interview process. I will talk about how to effectively prepare for your next interview. I will talk about preparation and planning for an interview, the actual interview, questions and answers and what to do after the interview is over. I will tackle tough questions that must be asked and answered in an interview. I will discuss my thoughts on great questions, and bad questions. And I will also give my thoughts about how you should answer those questions, even the bad questions need an answer if they are asked during the course of an interview. This blog will also share tips for hiring managers. I will share my thoughts on how to hire the best candidate for the job. Interviewing tips and quips that will help managers teach and train others in their organization to be effective interveiwers. I would love to hear about your best and worst interveiw. Write in and share your story. I will select some to share right here on the blog so we can learn from one another. I welcome your suggestions, your challenges and your input.
