Politics 101:Defend the Fort- how the right must defend its candidate

The Republican party must take a page from the Democratic playbook and defend and protect its eventual nominee to show solidarity. The party must put a halt to nominee bashing by leadership, even if they don't agree with some positions of the candidate.Unlike the Democrats, who are unified behind their nominee, the right is still fighting over ideas that are important, but they are missing the bigger picture- a unified party.The Republican party must decide if they want to win the nomination, or hold on to petty personality greivances- they wil lose the election- the election is the Republicans to win or lose if they unite now.
