Ostensibly, Barack Obama released his Fiscal Year 2013 last Monday, replete with the same ludicrously optimistic economic growth projections, the same ruinously punitive tax increases, the same mendacious "deficit reduction" gimmicks, the same runaway federal spending, the same refusal to do anything about the looming entitelements apocalypse, and the same impossible, crushing debt.  Which is precisely why it isn't a budget, and precisely why the Donk Senate illegally refuses to pass one: it is a Marxist political manifesto designed to energize and turn out his hard-left extremist base.  It is a re-election document for the last presidential election the soon-to-be former American Republic will ever see - if we even last to November.
