The keys to the life of the heart lies in reflecting upon the Quran, being humble before Allah swt in secret,and leaving sins. Feeling bad after we commit sin and learning how to over come these sickness of jealousy towards you sister and being envious towards your brother, and how we can cure our sickness that plague our souls, and what are some of the ways we can cut our feeling down and the difffrent dua we can say to sooth the soul when we feel that it's taking over us and making us get far from the pleasure of Allah.
