Established in 2012 by Shadeed Bostick, the program's focus is creating a healthier/fitter/happier lifestyle for all ages. The primary goal is to teach people to use their body weight, and physical activity as strength building tools. Through proper exercise, team building events, and healthy nutrition programs, we work on raising one's self esteem in a weight/judgement free environment.  Every movement is based off of the individuals own capabilities to manipulate their own body weight. Variations of exercises, matched with different levels of intensity and proper nutrition, provide greater opportunities for burning fat, and building lean muscle. With over 10 years of Military Training, Fitness, Strength Building, and Combat Readiness Drills, Shadeed Bostick has trained multiple clients of all ages, military & civilian alike.
