How the VA Really treats Disabled Veteran Employees

     I was assauled by my supervisor reported it to the VA Police and was retailiated against by being fired. My freedom of speech was denied while talking privately to another employee. Went to the EEOC and none of the VA's testimony matced. Judge stated on the record that I was fired for reporting the assault. I was stilled denied justice by the EEOC, which is a joke. I am now in the process of filing my case in civil court myself. Something has to be done about one government agency washing the back of another. How many other Veterans have been discriminated against by thier own government agencies that were put in place to help Disabled Veterans. No one should have to put up with the things the VA and the EEOC has done to me and I'm sure other Veterns out there. We don't have to lay down and take this.
