The Sports Critic's

This is not your typical sports show. One minute Ryan and Jimmy might be talking about what the Spurs need to do to win the NBA Title and the next minute they might be talking about why Ryan hates to fly. Needless to say it is entertaining radio.

What happens when the tournament is over?

In two weeks, college basketball will end.  A national champion will have been crowned, and there will be no more college hoops until November. That is almost eight months. There is not much to hold you over until then. Major League Baseball starts next week, but after the first month, it becomes so mundane. Sure I will make it out to the new Nationals Park this year at least a dozen times, but that can only fill so much of my time. I have no idea what I am going to watch on television until college football and the NFL start in September.

If NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX decide to reward viewers with unveiling new content this summer, it might not be that bad. However, that is not likely to happen. Summer television is always filled with repeats.

I recently got a Netflix subscription, so I have a feeling that that is going to be my main source of entertainment.

College hoops fans, you need to cherish these next two weeks. After that you are going to have little to watch.
