Poet,song writer,rapper,and Activist Tiffany Renee live interview 1-13-15 6:30pm

Tiffany Renee Murphy, (24) Born December 19th 1991. Born and Raised in Kinston North Carolina,In the top 5 most violent cities of the State. She chooses to exclude herself out of the percentage of General Statistics that is normally upheld from the area she was raised. Commonly Known for her Poetry and Activist Involvement , she has quite a few talents laying up her Sleeve.
She decided to start writing poetry at the age of 11. She will sit in class and daydream about becoming the Next Mya Angelou. "Me and my childhood friend, Samantha Moore would sit in class in the 6th grade and just write and rap. Write and rap. It amazes me looking back on it how this seed has always been planted in me " She always wrote poems for her closest friends and boyfriends in middle school and Highschool. "I had remixed "Shawty Like Mine" By Chris Brown and Bow Wow for a close child hood friend, Juanita Plymouth and named it " Friend like Mine" in Middle School. That was my first ever song I wrote.
After highschool life's challenges and lack of parents as she was adopted at age 6. "I don't have a close relationship with my adopted family, I always felt it was more so for the money than out of Love" she began to slip away from her gift and fall victim to the struggle and the streets. Homeless and living place to place. Not to long after she gave birth to her daughter. "When I had my daughter it was an eye opener for me. Like what do I do now, she depending on me to do better " it really didn't take until the birth of her son to realize Music was her Dream.
