Ask any successful person in life and he/she will tell you they have a mentor who they follow, listen to, seek advice, etc. For some of us, that person could be a parent or a family member. But what if we are not so fortunate to have that person in our life? What if the people in your immediate circle aren't necessarily living the life or following the path that you envisioned for yourself? If you are the smartest and/or most successful person in your inner circle, you definitely need to broaden your sphere of influence. We are going to discuss why everyone should have a mentor in different areas of their life, how to recognize a mentor and what part you should play in the mentor/mentee relationship.
