In this HoneySoul health edition we will discuss and explore AIDS and HIV facts and myths concerning infection and the Black community. Methods of exposure and means of protection. We will build on awareness through vital thought provoking love and health information from our special guest AIDS and HIV Advocate and Counselor Janelle Whye.

Janelle Whye is a certified HIV and AIDS testing counselor, advocate and educator with the State of Maryland through the Jacques Initiative. Working through Project Salem a faith based program where she is responsible for certain testing sites in Baltimore City.

Janelle currently provides testing in various Emergency Rooms and volunteers at "Women Accepting Responsibility" - a nonprofit organization that provides health and risk reduction education services to reduce spread of HIV.
