A Home Owner's Contractor Stories

A long time resident of Boston, Gretchen owns a top floor condo in Boston’s South End. Their tree lined street has wonderful brick townhouses that date back to the 1890s. Gretchen takes the lead on most building repairs which have ranged from a new furnace to painting the common areas, installing a new roof, gutters and more. She also had to remove roof deck boards to retrieve one terrified kitty.
